Blocking "Private" Incomming Calls On BB9700

I am trying to assist a BB user not being to knowledgeable with this OS, any of the BB experts could supply info about how to block "Private" (number withheld) incoming calls please? Any assistance would be appreciated - thank you.

I used Call Control. There are other similar apps but that one worked for me.
