Blocking short code SMS, WAP services and premium MO?

Hi

I've searched through the forum and found no answer to this. Is there any way of blocking all WAP services / premium MO on a contract? I need GPRS access on the SIM card, but could get my own APN which is limited only to certain IP addresses. What I need though is a way of preventing the SIM from sending SMS to all & any short code SMS at all. Have looked at WASPA to see if there's a way of blacklisting a number so that their members don't accept it, seems there is no such mechanism.

I'd need this across all networks (ie on SIM from all 4 networks, but mostly Vodacom & MTN).

Any suggestions would be gratefully accepted.

NO - I work for a WASP

The problem is with premium MO numbers as that us user initiated. So a WASP can block your number on their system but if you SMS to a premium number, the networks first receive it and deduct the money

MOs cannot be blocked at all and the networks have shown no interest in doing so as its "user" initiated. Disagree as I've seen a smart phone application that can "initiate" an MO from the handset without the user knowing it.
