Bloemfontein internet issue

I'm in the Waverley/Bayswater area, and my Telkom line is completely dead(died at 11:27AM 18/09), no voice or ADSL. On the UFS campus earlier, I couldn't load certain webpages (e.g. Wiktionary), some sluggish (e.g. Facebook).

I'm currently connected via Vodacom[-], which also doesn't seem to be working 100%, some sites don't respond at all: Google(.co.za & .com, Youtube), the Telkom website, ISP websites(MWEB, Webafrica, Afrihost) - seemingly most local sites, except MyBB so far. International sites are working normally on Vodacom(Facebook, Steam, Bing etc.).[/-] It seems that was caused by me not disabling my LAN.

Anyone else with total Telkom voice+ADSL outage in Bloemfontein?

Apparently someone who lives in the street damaged the lines at one of the telkom poles.
