So I need to build a very basic site. Its for my wedding, so its basically a few different pages with info, and then an RSVP page, and a gallery page. I usually hate bloggy type things, and usually build stuff from scratch, but I really really don't have the time. This also means that I don't know what I am meant to use.

So the requirements are:
-must run on a dedicated windows server with iis6
-must use no sql dB, but rather a sql lite or xml db, so that I don't have to set anything up
-must be a simple install. I don't want to mess with scripts
-needs an advanced form creator for the rsvp page. Preferably I would like the form to be emailed.
-easily themeable

Ok so what blog or cms engine supports my requirements?

I appreciate the help.

I would recommend WordPress, it is easy to install, and has a lot of free themes available if you do not want to spend some money. There is also a lot of plug-ins available.

If you okay with HTML but short of time, how about just getting a HTML template and using that? Are your guests all advanced enough to use an online RSVP or are you just being too geeky on this one? :)

Wow, WP is dead simple :D Thanks for the suggestion guys!
By the way, I downloaded WebMatrix, and 2 clicks later it installed it all including MySql. Sweet.

@nic777, I'm fine with the coding side, but I hate HTML with a passion. And yeah, all the people know how to use the internet. My gran has her own laptop and Skype's my parents overseas :P
We are having a homemade steel remote tank bringing the rings up the isle to the BF3 music, amongst many many other things - so anything less geeky than a site just wouldnt do the rest of the wedding justice.
