Blood from Anus.

Lol, because when people see pictures of haemorrhoids they immediately think sexy thoughts.

How anyone can think pics of haemorrhoids are x-rated, ie sexual and/or sensual and therefore not suited to the health section of a forum is beyond me.

Sometimes I really do worry about some of the people on these forums. Kids today have pictures of penises and vaginas in their text books from grade four already. I wonder if these same people bitch about that as well?

Well there's a fine line between medical and sexual. For example, prolapse. To many that's sexual but at the same time it's medical.

It's not sexual or "x-rated" at all but it's still not really appropriate on a public forum without warning. We may as well stick goatse on the front page of mybb then...

Could also be a bit of constipation.
The dry stool is tearing some of the tiny little capillaries in your anus as it expels.
(That's why it is bright red).
Get yourself some liquid Paraffin from the pharmacy and take a swig of it before each meal.
Get some Senna tablets from Dis-chem to loosen up your stool.
Use Flushable Wet Wipes like Cherubs to wipe with after a stool so that you keep the anus clean and free from infection (and prevent any more little tears from happening).
Wow, you seem to have all angles covered. Apart from drinking the paraffin, one could probably also smere the anus inside with it. Or OP could ask his girlfriend to do it.

'tis the health section.

Wikipedia--a completely public and freely accessibly entity--certainly considers it appropriate and relevant to the subject of haemorrhoids, so what makes the health section of MyBB special?

Prolapsed haemorrhoids are ugly, sure, but so is an infected eyeball, an overgrown cyst, the close-up of a cockroach and an engorged leech. The only difference is the sensibility of the beholder and how badly they want the world censored to cater to their delicate perceptions.

I don't really care much for that, personally.

But each to their own.

Small amounts of blood is nothing to be concerned about. All the above mentioned is sound advice, though whatever you plan to do do it quick you dont want an infection down there

I still regret the day I googled that. Thine eyes and mind deserved no such trauma. :(

Get Anusol from the pharm and give your self a few squirts of that. No need to go to the doc yet. Just eat more fibre like wheatbix in the morning and you should be fine.

Oh and don't push so hard! just relax. Taking a dump is the best time to reflect on ones self.

It's a haemorrhoid, don't worry quite harmless. Take some preparation H for a few days and you'll be fine. If the colour darkens then you can worry, but bright red is a very good sign.

I wouldn't think that blood of any kind is a good sign. Anyway he should go see a doctor, it's definitely haemorrhoids.

Avoid the things that cause it: low-fibre diets, constipation, sitting too long on the loo (reading, for example), straining your bowel movements, etc.
:wtf:

So everytime I take a dump now, and when I wipe I see there is blood on the toilet paper, brightish red I would say,and its gone after the 2nd wipe, it's been like this for 3 days now it seems, and I don't wanna feel like a tard going to the doctor, I read on the web and some say it isn't too serious, anyone else experienced this?
:wtf: go to the doctor ffs

Do something about it while you can, if it is hemorrhoids and it gets out of hand, a hemorrhoidectomy will be what's in store for you. A hemorrhoidectomy is the equivalent of a h u g e cactus up your backside.

Rofl ... I'm suprised to see how people are so educated with hemorroids. Yesterday I was working as a locum and a lady phoned me to ask if she can take her daughter's diet pills if she is 63 years old and if its bad to eat rice and potatoes together.
