I was donating blood today, I think no 169, they took the pressure with a machine on the right hand. It was a bit too high. Then they took it on the left arm and it was 10 less and in the normal range for my age.

Is this ok.

I was at a doctor late 2015 to test and she said my blood pressure is fine.

You need to measure it on your upper arm, the hand is not reliable I've heard.

It happens. With me it's always higher when they take it, but when I'm at home it's normal(ish).

White collar syndrome.
