Bloodborne GOTY Edition

That's actually an awesome deal for what most consider to the the GOTY for 2015.

So I've heard yeah... apparently very difficult and frustrating. I also still have Witcher 3 to start playing so will I have time for Bloodborne.

Dark Souls is harder. Most Souls fans complained BB was too easy. The DLC fixes that though. So you'll be fine.

Never played a Souls game, but I bought it and have been playing every night. It's difficult, but definitely rewarding (I was just about ready to uninstall the game on the first night, but I persisted and I'm glad that I did). It also has a very awesome atmosphere, don't want to spoil anything.

It's quite refreshing to play a game that doesn't hold your hand at all in terms of what to do and where to go.

Edit: The multiplayer aspect of it is interesting, with all the notes scattered around you don't quite feel alone in the world. Haven't tried pvp yet though.

You don't have to try pvp, pvp will try you xD.

If you become human (the thingy you use at bonfires that reverse the hollowing) you flag yourself for pvp and your world can be invaded. If you can stay human though there are rewards like certain bosses will appear that won't while your undead.

Is that from dark souls? None of these things sound familiar. I did buy Scholar of the First Sin though, it's currently on sale at 60% off. Going to start playing it as soon as I've finished Bloodborne

It's from the first dark souls, the superior one of the two.

I also bought two but it didn't have the same feel to it so i never got far beyond those witches you encounter right in the beginning. Not sure if the game mechanics for 2 is the same as in 1.
