Blops GameZone pickup servers

Sup sup,

Was wondering if anyone can tell me what the story with the Gamezone servers is, why are they password protected and who is allowed to have the password? Just wondering as the ranked gamezone servers are public, thought the promod servers will also be.

Also are there any good public promod servers as all the public servers I see are always empty?
 
Sup - the Gamezone Pickup servers are reserved for Pickup players. You need to install MIRC - link to installation instruction HERE.

Then join the prescribed TS channel and wait for a game. Once a game has enough players you can join in and play a "clannie" with people you don't know... :)

Sweet. ;) Can't really say I play pickups a lot, and I have to pack up my PC for Rage tonight (helping to test the LAN tomorrow).
