Dont you love phoning the helpdesk and being told there is no problem. You call back 2 hrs later and say you still cant connect. Then they say there is a problem and it will be fixed in 20min. 2 hours later, you call again, it will be fixed shortly is the reply. Another hour goes by, you call again... oh sorry..we dont know when it will be resolved.
This is now the 2nd full business day (and night) that the tower has been down within a week. Looks like the technical guys decided to leave with the management...
