Hi all
Hoping for an explanation for this blue chicken... What would have caused this? Won't mention any names/brands yet but these are chicken breasts in a long-life rosemary and garlic sauce, the kind that doesn't need refrigeration. My thoughts are something to do with preservatives or some such...
Could also be a reaction with the chicken, or even the chicken itself, since it only appears on the chicken? :erm:
How would you take this up with the shop? Would you just ask for an exchange, or would you take it further?
Edit:
Don't mix garlic and lemon juice.
Thanks.

Edit:
its "fairly" common for garlic to turn blue when its with an acid(lemon). Enzyme reaction
Don't mix garlic and lemon juice.
Thanks.
