Those found using the blue light in contravention of Tshabalala's directive would face disciplinary action and could be suspended or slapped with hefty fines

WTF? Civilians would be arrested for reckless and negligent driving - in addition to the action taken against the person being convoyed, the driver should be arrested too. This would at least give the driver second thoughts too.

Anyway big deal, so they banned blue lights. The retards will probably start using red ones now :/ I suppose it's better than nothing though.
