I have the dump mini thing, but I don't know how to upload it.. I can email it to you..

Sigh, this BSOD comes when it's shutting down, restarting or logging off..

Very annoying indeed...

My email is: [email protected]

Thanks

You could try to do the debug yourself, depending on your technical skills.

WINDBG can be downloaded from:
x86 http://www.microsoft.com/whdc/devtools/debugging/installx86.mspx
x64 http://www.microsoft.com/whdc/devtools/debugging/install64bit.mspx

You would also need the Windows Symbol Packages:
http://www.microsoft.com/whdc/devtools/debugging/default.mspx

Have a look at this site for a dump analysis checklist:
http://www.dumpanalysis.org/blog/index.php/2007/06/20/crash-dump-analysis-checklist/

Just a reminder, when the windows pop up when you log in to Windows after the BSOD, don't click on OK until you have moved the mini dump file. It should be deleted as soon as you click on OK.

Oh I see.. no wonder I can't seem to find the mini dump before..

Well will be checking.. Thanks for the help..

but doing this, will it say WHAT is the actual cause? Like it won't say something vague like hard ware failure or driver failure? Will be like mouse and keyboard drivers?
