It works great and is cheaper than the receiver you listed.
It took about 7 days to be delivered with line shipping.
But it doesn't support voice instructions.

Doesn't do voice instructions but you can use your cell phone for that. Most smartphones have voice recognition capabilities.

Works surprisingly well, I just wanted to use it to play audiobooks through the pioneer headunit, the button works as a play/pause button and it has a mic, which I haven't tested as yet. Very happy with it.

That's pretty much the same thing I mentioned above but 5 times the price. Granted a Chinese order will take a few weeks to arrive vs local a few days.
