I've only seen this in the movies, so now it is real. But a bit pricey though at $179.99.

Price is dependent on what site it's being sold from. That is a specialty site - Stuff is bound to be more expensive. But the cheapest I can get this bluetooth keyboard is at about R950 (VAT & Import duties & P&P Excl.) on an International site. So It's quite interesting to see this in SA for a mere R999

I saw this at Computer Corporation earlier this year (also about R1K), quite amazing how it picks up your finger taps on the table where the keys project!
But for me a grand for a keyboard, no matter how fancy is a touch much.
Wud luv to get 1 if the price comes down tho.

I saw one last year for R7xx ... not bad considering my HX4700 bluetooth fold-open kb cost me R700 a few years ago.

How reliable is it tho? does it always work or does it sometimes miss key strokes?

good question, esp at that price.
the one I saw at CC seemed to be quite accurate, even picked up how 'hard' u tap the 'keys' - soft move of fingers over 'keyboard' or real 'tap'.
But for how long it be good? Perhaps look for longterm review....
