Bluff/Durban congestion

Anyone else around the Bluff/Fynnlands area having slow internet and high ping over the past two weeks? Telkom have said the exchange is congested but have not given any ETA on fixing.

Seems like the whole of ****ing durban is congested.

YES!!! Ive been experiencing congestion on the bluff. Telkom technician came out yesterday morning to test my line and said there was a fault on a line between my house and the exchange. Last night my ping got even worse, 1200ms between 7-10pm.
