BNETA Smart Wifi LED Bulb - Not entering Pairing Mode?

Anybody else struggling to get these bulbs into pairing mode?
I've tried everything (on/off switching etc), the units stay locked in the Warm White glow.
I ONLY had luck ONCE, flashing in perfect White Light: programmed it, tested everything 100% - BUT did not check if it's the Memory type. ;(
Imaging my frustration when i switched it off, for the nunit to only return in locked Warm White mode

Suggestions appreciated. TIA

That looks like Chinesium to me..

I have several of these in a custom shelf. Didn't have issues pairing it and all of them remember their settings when switched off and then back on again.
