2 years’ experience as a Developer (with either PL/SQL, Oracle or other technologies)
2 years’ experience working in a business objects environment or SAP
Good Oracle framework knowledge
You should be willing to travel and be on stand-by (it’s RETAIL after all!)
You should also be able to train and supervise junior trainees

• Design & Code
• Test and debug programs according to specifications
• Construct and implement programs
• Understand system functionality and specifications
• Participate in JAD sessions
• Produce technical documentation
• Produce user documentation
