Fierce Gaming the CSGO branch of Band of Brothers Gaming Org
We are now opening up recruitment for CS:GO player opportunities, the team will be focused on the VS Gaming League(2nd-1st div.) and other independent online tournaments.
Looking for:
Key skills needed for the squad:
Rifler/Subs
Requirements:
- Speak and understand fluent English.
- Rank/Elo LE or Higher
- Available for scrims/practice for a minimum 4 days a week, for a minimum of 1 or 2 Scrims
- Active Daily is highly preferred.
- Must have a working microphone
- Age requirement is 18+
- Must be able to pass the initial tryout phase for CSGO
- No Bans on any accounts
- Be respectful / No toxic attitude (turning off mic, rage quitting or "games lost" attitudes will result in removal)
- Have good callouts/ communication
- Online 4 days a week
- Player Support
- Organised Team Play

Good luck with this, but in my opinion you shouldn't be asking people to apply to join but should rather be looking for good players, play with them, see if they are a fit and go from there. Don't even mention you are looking for a 4th or 5th, just play and see who stands out. You will see the players abilities and skills better if they don't know they are trying out for a team. Muting a mic is also not a terrible thing, as long as someone does the call outs needed?
 
Hell, not for me. I haven't played CS since my varsity days back in the very early 2000s. And I'd solo all the games anyways ;-)

That's why we are asking those interested to join us for trials and playing together to not just to also see how we gel and if we are for them kind of part of the recruitment process but any criticisms either way are also appreciated
