Buy the book. Work your ass off eat right. And make it your way of life. Virgin active will be fine.

yes, eat right, not diet, and excersize daily (start by taking the stairs instead of the escalator)

What do you want to know? Its a book - read it and follow what they say - works for some.

I start with a personal trainer tomorrow (sigh)

Not sure what you are looking for? A Bodyforlife gym? Support group?

BFL isn't a place. It is a lifestyle 'program' (Eat right, Excercise right). They used to have a SA Webpage but I cannot seem to find it though.
