The ears look cool, if I had them I wouldn't mind but to actually change my ears to be like that?

Wait, I see double standars here! Everyone has done or will do something to make themselves look "better", piercing, tatoes, high heels etc. Who's to say this is ok and that's over the top?

I blame the lord of the rings for those ears, esp that "Mr Anderson..." guy from the matrix
