Evening all.
So the butcher I have used sold his place. I preferred boerewors sold by him due to the almost sweet aftertaste.
Since then, I have tried couple of places and cannot find a suitable replacement.
With the above in mind, I want to start and make my own boerewors. Anyone with suggestions or recipes to try?
