Boerewors recipes

Evening all.

So the butcher I have used sold his place. I preferred boerewors sold by him due to the almost sweet aftertaste.
Since then, I have tried couple of places and cannot find a suitable replacement.

With the above in mind, I want to start and make my own boerewors. Anyone with suggestions or recipes to try?
 
Can you not try and get the butchers recipe from him?
 
What equipment do you have to make boerewors with?

As T-man said above you can use any of the above mixes from Crown or Freddy Hirsch to make your boerewors. Also see if these guys will sell you fat to put into your boerewors. Or you will need to find an alternative supplier for the fat.
 
Isn't getting decent casings a bigger problem?

Serious question as I really want to make my own as well.

I have a meat grinder with sausage maker attachment. One of those electric machines which I bought frim checkers.
