Bok plane's engine explodes

Just spent 12 hours trying to solve a code problem and my head hurts, but this made me LOL :D

If it was an A380 I would be worried. Those planes are NEW (and super expensive). If the engines are already playing funny buggers, I would look to a design flaw.

We contacted him to ask if everything was okay and also asked if he can confirm the plane. He confirmed to us that it was a Qantas A380.

Really shouldn't have expected him to be able to tell the difference. Eish! :D

And all early media reports suggested that the engine exploded(which it didn't) because everyone on board said it exploded, including Gary Gold, Alistair Hargreaves and Ashleigh Johnson. In the end they just shut it down because of too much vibration and overheating.

Just glad they are back safely. That'll teach them to try out the new Proudly SA Taxi Airline.

Ah yes, I go a bit over the top when someone get aircraft types wrong :p
 
The way people carry on about engine's makes me wonder if there is an engine that never has problems and can run without incident for years day after day.
