Bold 9000 housing replacement

So I bought a Blackberry bold 9000 from a German guy, its branded as T-mobile..
The housing is not in good condition and the Y and Z keys are on each others places.

Is it possible to update the software to the Southafrican keyboard layout? some say its possible with epic hex changes etc
