So...since yesterday, if I lock the phone with the button on the top left (lock icon), I can't get my phone to unlock. When. I press a button, it says that the phone is locked and I must press the lock button to unlock the phone. So I press and the same lock button on top, and it doesn't do anything. Tried pressing all random buttons, but the phone remains locked, with no way to unlock it. Any ideas? As a last resort I'll have to book it in, but don't have the time right now.
I did do any updates or change anything. Was fine in the morning, and then this started in the evening. Been doing battery pulls to unlock the phone, but the fault is still there. Had the phone since the beginning of the year, and never had this problem.
I have noticed that when I lock the phone, if I place the phone in the magnetic pouch and then remove it, the phone becomes unlocked. So that's temporary solution, but I don't always carry the pouch with me.
The buttons are working as I can lock the phone, just the unlocking doesn't work. So I'm guessing its a software issue. I've tried using the button on top and "A", but the result is the same.
