Bold 9900 BBM interface?

Guys,

Has this changed or is it me stupidity?

On my 9800 there use to be like 4 tabs at the bottom when chatting, one for user info, one to attached a file etc..

on the 9900 these are missing? You have to go to menu, send, voice not ect...

Am I missing something, is it due to screen size, or maybe a setting I overlooked inthe gui?

The icons are there for touchscreen phones. I know the 9900 is touchscreen, but because the screen is not as big, and the keyboard is always "there", the icons are not available.
