Bolt cuts 6,000 dodgy drivers
Bolt recently announced that it had blocked over 6,000 drivers from its platform for misconduct to improve the safety of its ride-hailing service.

Speaking to 702, Western Cape E-hailing Association chair Siyabonga Hlabisa said the organisation was shocked by the statement and wants Bolt to investigate riders as well.

Bolt is so kak. They started out quite alright, but eventually I found it nearly impossible to book an actual trip.

After reading that lot, I am a bit nervous about using them again.

As is standard practice in this country, everything goes to k*k. Criminals turn everything to suite themselves at the expense of honest hard working individuals! Now even the users must be investigated, (Western Cape E-hailing Association chair Siyabonga Hlabisa said the organisation was shocked by the statement and wants Bolt to investigate riders as well) what the hell!

Whenever I take a povo spec Bolt (not frequently) I make a cognitive effort to look at the gauge cluster/instrumentation.

The fuel light is always on but I like to spot what else is lit up.

A Bolt car with the orange engine light, the reserve fuel light and the airbag/ABS lights NOT burning brightly, is a rare, yet pleasant surprise.
