Bone conduction headphones: any good?

I've recently come across these headphones. Do any of you have personal experience with them or a brand you like?
 
I don't own a pair but a friend of mine recently bought one and let me try them out.
The use-case was running, he does a lot and still wants to be able to hear surroundings / marhsalls / etc.

My impression on 3 minutes of listening was, the quality was pretty good! They're not audiophile obviously, but not bad either. Very light and comfortable as well.

I *think* it was these ones:
 
I've had my AfterShokz Aeropex for years now, I use them daily. Completely worth the price (I paid R3.5k?)

Looks like they changed branding. I own these.
 
They're a bit on the expensive side, but if I were as serious about my running as my friend I'd probably have gotten one as well.
