Bonitas Provider Network

I am trying to get a list of providers on Bonitas' BonClassic network. Their website has a page where you can search their networks, but it seems to be broken as it doesn't return any providers no matter what search criteria I use. I have tried searching for PDF lists but can't find any, and Bonitas takes forever to respond to emails.

Does anyone know where I can find a list of network providers, short of waiting for Bonitas to respond?

Have you selected your address from the reccommendations as you type? It seems that typing it manually doesn't give any results
