I have been searching with no luck for any books or standard operating prosedures for dark pools, as well as sop's on distribution of large blocks of shares (>10%). Are there any rulesbooks? or even conspiracy theories that you know of?

Judgement under uncertainty, heuristics & biases - where do I source it? with a limited budget?

You won't find a SOP for darkpools...the entire point of darkpools is to bypass all the rules & transparency that comes with a formal exchange.

Regarding the large blocks...do you mean IPOs or shifting large blocks at a latter stage?

Distribution at a latter stage, common and strange methods employed please. I want to understand the mechanics of it.
