Boost Cell C 3G Signal

I am getting terrible reception. I Noticed that my E1820 3G Card has a jack for a cable to boost reception.
Im having a hard time finding one, can anyone suggest where i can purchase one of these or is there any alternative method to boost my signal?

copper wire and make two coils in it each consist of 7 loops. solder it to the internal antenna
