Hi guys, I recently re-installed Vista on my WD 750GB drive...
Luckily I have another installation of Vista on my other HDD (Seagate).

The problem I have is : After the re-install I cannot boot from my 750GB...

The only way I can get onto this neew Vista-installation is to "boot from DVD", and then letting it pick up both installations of Vista from there and choosing the 750GB one...

Since beginning to have this problem I have re-formatted and tried again, but got the exact same problem again..

Any way to create that BOOTMGR??

Please help I'm stumped!

boot from vista dvd, select "repair my computer"...this will fix this error.
a;ternatively, drop to a command prompt from the vista dvd and issue "bootrec /fixboot "

<edit> seems you have already done that, so now what yo0u0 need to do is enter a vista that works then install easybcd, and add the other vista entry correctly to the bcd store
