Bora Bora- Who has been?

Wife and I would love to go, but gosh, that place is expensive. Any tips from someone who has been? Our plan is next year October.

First time I ever heard of Bora Bora, was in Pulp Fiction.

Apparently it's the playground of the rich and famous.

Only drawback is that it takes about 3 days of flights and transfers to get there....

It's crazy expensive it's the place the Kardashians hang out so probably not for me. Rather try Mexico, Fiji or Hawaii.

Been to the Maldives 3 times now for diving. In contrast to what one would think, it ended up being one of the cheapest options for me when taking flights and non-visa schleps into account.

One of my fav spots and the locals are very accomodating.
