What 3 albums in your collection could you absolutely not do without?

Almost 100% agreed here, but I'd dump the U2 album, and go for Dire Straits - Brothers in Arms album, instead

Dire Straits, Deep Purple, Fleetwood Mac, ELO, Black Sabbath, ACDC, Rolling Stones, The Beatles, Guns 'n' Roses, etc. etc. etc.

Weezer - Pinkerton (if it's in your taste)
and then I'm getting into Blonde Redhead

I try and listen to as much J-Pop as I can get my hands on.
Guitar instrumentals, electro - whatever feels good.

what genre / genre's do you like?

I like a lot of acoustic stuff tbh (I've had quite a chuckle at all the ACDC fans here ). Of the currently more popular bands I quite enjoy Of Monsters & Men or Band of Horses, but you can also never go wrong with some Donovan Frankenreiter or similar. I quite enjoy some oldies too (anything from Roy Orbison to Paul Simon).

Funnily enough, the only era I've never really had much appreciation for is the 70s.
