Bottom PSU

It should be fine, but make sure the cables will be long enough, in particular the 4pin 12v one can be a bugger.
 
If the cable's too short buy an extender cable.

Having my PSU at the bottom has made a huge difference in temps.

running at 27C and at lowest RPM(silent PC) ;)
