Hi,

I've packing the box yesterday (15kg weight) to send it to U.K. So been around Courier, PostNet which it hell expensive. So I've no choice to use Post office to take risk. As when in office they weight and measure which they give me quote.

Airmail: R2650
Surface: R704

So compare this price. I can tell Airmail will delivery quickly but hell expensive. No choice, going to use surface cos of cheaper, that I was told it will be on ship to UK. ALready paid and dispatch. and didn't question.

Here my question:

How reliable is that box will handle and delivery to UK success rate?

How long do the box will get into UK? (According to website mention it will take 90-120 days but want ask you if you have experience before)

*Edit* Which website I can check the tracking that I need a update to ensure it go to UK? I've tracking number with me. Post office website seem broken? (security certificate something)

Thank you for your time to read and hopefully to see your answer below.

Excuse me, Sorry my grammar is not good.

I just shipped a box to Kentucky in the USA, cost me R800. sure it was only 1kg, but I still think going to a DHL shipping express store would have been cheaper, more reliable and WAY better for your piece of mind.

Agreed with this. For the peace of mind I would have used DHL or something and paid a little more dollar. Hopefully your parcel makes it to the UK.

The Post Office may be cheaper, but what kind of savings are you going to make when your parcel never makes it? Using a private courier is worth every penny.
