I have tried having conversations on the lows, the highs and the in-betweens. There is no getting through. Everything I say gets an immediate counter argument that starts with: “No, you…”.

She agreed to go back to a psychiatrist, but it never happened. One of the medications prescribed a few years back was discontinued – maybe rivotril or lamitor - I am not sure, but it was replaced with something else by a GP and since then her behaviour is a lot worse.

I am constantly bombarded with false accusations: you are cheating, you are teaching/convincing the kids to hate me, you want to kill me, etc

Should I just give up? I am trying my best, but it goes nowhere. I am not even sure what giving up looks like...

Not much help from forum members I think. Get professionals involved.
Woah pal, we are all professionals around here! Speaking from experience, it is best to just let it go. There is no point in trying to make it work. You will end up hurting yourself. If you can, try and get the kids. Its a pity though, chicks with BPD really give good sex. tsk tsk tsk. (As a side note, why note post a pic of this person so that we can give you even better and more subjective advice)
