Jacaranda street in Brackenfell has been limited to 2mbs ADSL for years now. Not only is it 2mbs, ITS BAD 2mbs. The exchange is heavily congested at residential peak times.

Promises back and forth that upgrades are due for months, but they just never seem to happen.
