I got my Violet Proto Drake this morning after completing Brewfest achievement :D

310% Flying! :love: Whoohoo!

Now to make the thread more viable:

Who else has 310% flying (anything, not just the Violet Proto Drake)?
 
i have a life and a job....im sure that trumps ur Violet Proto Drake....lol :-)

well, I got my netherdrake last nite :D its so pretty <3 and the riding rays from the sha'tari skyguard a few days ago, but they not 310 mounts sadly :(
 
Got my Ulduar and my icc achievement drakes (10 man) :D
 
The problem with 310 % speed mounts nowdays, is the exclusivity of obtaining them was removed the day you could go back into Ulduar with ICC gear and faceroll those encounters to get the drakes.
310% speed mounts are pretty commonly seen around, and once Cata comes, you can actually buy yourself 310% riding skill.

However the skins are the true deciding factor, Phoenix mount > Ulduar mount.
 
Got the Violet drake during Feb iirc, havent played much since last year June anyways :S

True true, even non-raiding players can easily get a 310% mount by doing What A Long Strange Trip It's Been.

That being said though, there is still some exclusivity flying around on say Ashes of A'lar, and for a short while longer at least, Frostbrood Vanquisher's.

I have the Bloodbathed Frostbrood Vanquisher, 10man ICC Achievements, on my hunter.

My paladin, my old main, has well over 50 mounts, yet more often than not I find myself mounted up on my Swift Pink Hawkstrider :P

Ye I'm 2 cheeves away from my ICC 10 mount. Still need to do Ulduar, but getting a group that wants to go is a mission :p

a mate of mine got it the other day by chance. lucky bugger was online at like 7am or something stupid doing dailies in storm peaks when he just stumbled up it *spit* makes me wanna cry when I hear about things like that. and he wasnt even on his main

Some people love these protodrakes, personally I think its ugly. Matter of taste I guess!

I'll stick with my Netherdrake.
 
the proto's i think look the best, the ICC drake look like total crap. The ulduar drakes are also sexy. Nether's are ok
 
I have the Nether drakes as well...they were my main flying mount, but now I have 310% so will be using either my Proto or my Headless Horseman's mount (which scales with the 310%) :)
