Brake booster hard when rpm increases

Hi guys,

I drive a Opel corsa B 160i GSI i have an issue with my brakes it goes hard after i increase RPM to more than 3000
on 1000 to 2000 RPM it seems to be fine, but as i increase RPM it extremely hard.

Checked the booster with the following test-
When switched off:

Pumped the brakes releasing the vacuum held the pedal down, and started the car the pedal went down as i started the car indicating the booster is functioning?

checked the one way air valve.
i tried pulling air from it, it seems to not flow air in the direction i was trying meaning its working...

brake fluid dot 4 castrol all caliper have been bled..

im pretty sure its a vacuum issue hmm(why would it work fine on low RPM?)

Bleeding done, etc.
Seems a problem with the booster, over pressurising. Have it checked out, might be a small setting or a need to replace the booster.
It runs off the engine, why when the engine is not running the braking would be spongy and weak.

check for tears in the vacuum pipe. Might be as you accelerate the engine moves, twist the pipe and it looses vacuum via tear.

Most likely a sign that its starting to fail.Recently on my corsa the brakes would stop intermittently working/getting harder.Eventually the brake pedal was rock hard.Anyway the whole brake booster had rusted up and the master cylinder cylinder was finished.
