Call me old fashoned but this is a nice brandy snifter. Those are advertisements that interrupt your drinking pleasure.

I prefer it to their 20 year old. The last time I compared them. What I wouldn't give for a Van Ryns tasting now

I worked at Distell years back and the dop system is still in place there, I got so much alcohol as gifts it's ridiculous.

Used to have probably R10 000 of booze just in my drawer or on my desk. When I left I just put it all in a box and brought it home.

Found a bottle of Bunnahabhain 18 YO too...

Have a lot more Klippies Premium, that's our brandy of choice for having with coke. Probably only the 15 year old that's really worth drinking neat.

A colleagues wife worked at Distell and used to get us brandy at staff prices a few years back. Can't believe I still paid R79 for KWV 10 year
