Some good news for me, found a forgotten unopened 10 year old KWV brandy. It was not in my brandy cabinet for some reason.

I have run out of pepsi max and I don't want to buy more until I move. So for now I am experiencing a very dry June.
Once I have moved into the new place I will throw some pepsi into the fridge, buy some ice and toss that in the freezer, and once I have moved in completely I will sit down and enjoy a brandy and "coke" with a glass FULL of ice!

Two new bottles of KWV 10 year old added to the collection. Bottles for the UK market are all 700ml. Ironically you can get gin in 1L bottles.
But as we move into colder temps, G&T loses out to Brandy (and red wine)!

well it's my collection of brandy, but it's my casual drink. But yeah, even in SA it's not a cheap dop, not even the 3 year is cheap any more.Sad when the 10yo becomes a "collectors" item.

I was gifted a KWV 20 year old. A mate got it for Xmas and he doesnt like it
I have been gifted two of those, the one is still the very old bottle that looked just like a normal bottle and not the new diamond fancy one.
I should just open and drink the stuff.
