Hi guys. Discovered this vendor by accident. Thought it is rather nice to see a South African vendor similar to System76 that supplies pre-installed PC/Laptop/Servers for the South African market.

+1 Pity there isn't any laptops on the site yet.

The only place I have found that I have a option for not getting Windows is on www.laptopdirect.co.za and that is just for local manufacturers, which sucks (that there is so minimal choice for OS).

You KZN boys have it good there with PC prices. Can not believe what my daughter (she lives in Toti) got with R2400 - Dual Core, 1Gig Ram, 19" TFT, etc

Here in the Cape, you get only the screen and keyboard for that price.

Well I can fly to Durbs to buy a new PC for less than walking to my local PC store or going to the CT suppliers. Insane.
