I have a Sunbeam bread maker and it has an issue where the motor sticks when dough has been made. It mixes the ingredients fine and until the dough is at a certain consistency. If I use a wooden spoon to move the dough around, the motor will continue for a few revolutions before stopping (motor just hums). The rest of the process is flawless and still makes a good loaf.
The unit has only been used 2 or three times and I recently changed the drive belt which is a common issue on some bread makers.
My thinking here is that it could perhaps be the motor start capacitor that is the cause.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
