Go for the Premier super white bread, the sandwich loaf is crappy.

"cartoon sandwich" - all it is is 2 slices of white bread with butter and peanut butter slapped on them, put them together, no need to cut into any squares or triangles, just eat like that. lol big ole chunky zarms.

Its ok(should do more weights) I weigh 68/69 now from like 72. Its a pain because my parents are not exactly healthy eaters so when supper comes I usually just eat tuna and salad with chilli (lol still drink the beer)

lol me too!!! When I wake up some nights, I wander into the kitchen, get a teaspoon and take a big heap of nutella lol!! I keep a jar at work, so sometimes during lunch I make toast with nutella and sliced banana - heaven!!!
