Seeing the weather in cape town is holding back the repair ship to depart, could a ship from England or Spain not be sent, surely it would have reached the area seeing millions of internet users are affected?

I was merely asking a question, no need for sarcasm surely? You paying?
In that case i'm sure something can be negotiated asap.
If not you'll have to be patient like the rest of us.
Avarige speed of 20 knots will take a ship 6.9 days to teach Libraville from Portugal and will take the same time from Cape Town so if a ship was sent from Portugal on Friday when the ship could not leave Cape Town due to the weather, it would reach the area by this coming Friday whereas if the ship from Cape town leaves on Theusday as indicated it will only reach the area by Tuesday evening.Do you know how slow ships are? Do you know where the break is?
