Breakfast?

I'm really hungry this morning, I had 3 Weetbix at home, got to work and now I'm having 2x French toast, Boerewors, mince and baked Beans from the Canteen. With a 500 ml Apple juice.

Anyone else this hungry today?

I was like that yesterday! I had 100gr bacon, 2 eggs on toats, juice and some fruit at 7:00. At 8:30 I was so hungry that I had my protein shake already... then at 11 my stomach was growling again lol and I held out till 12 and had 500g pasta/chicken. this pattern went on the whole day yesterday till after I had my Rump and T-bone steaks at 22:00 lol! Thinks it must have been the heavy squats at gym on Wednesday!

Hungry as a wolf since yesterday... but i only had two slices of health bread toast.
Still i feel i could eat a horse. :(

3x Weetbix usually holds me till about 12:00 not today though. It was a huge breakfast, I might just skip lunch. But will have to wait and see :o

nah man - lets see how much you can actually eat!
c'mon people! Places your bets everybody...Places your bets!

1x Lousy bowl of Pronutro (Chocolate)
1x Sad glass of Woolworths fruit juice
1x Boring cup of coffee

That's my morning so far. And not the least bit hungry at the moment. Must be the Eastern & Western cape this morning!

Tonight though...

And it helps for?:o

Memory :)

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Piracetam
Piracetam (sold under many brand names) is a nootropic. It is a drug that may enhance cognition and memory, may slow brain aging, may increase blood flow and oxygen to the brain, may aid stroke recovery, may improve Alzheimer's, Down's syndrome, dementia, and dyslexia, among other diseases and conditions. Piracetam may be classified as a psychoactive stimulant. Piracetam's chemical name is 2-oxo-1-pyrrolidine acetamide; it shares the same 2-oxo-pyrrolidone base structure with 2-oxo-pyrrolidine carboxylic acid (pyroglutamate). Piracetam is a cyclic derivative of GABA. It is one of the racetams. Piracetam is prescribed by doctors for some conditions, mainly myoclonus,[1] but is used off-label for a much wider range of applications. Some countries consider it a supplement rather than drug.
