Dear MyBroadband.
I, like many other people, have been on your site and forums since inception. Have come to know you as what you claim to be ie. "Trusted in Tech" but these days it appears you are more interested in media that has nothing to do with IT and when something important happens like a major international outage, it took you 4 and a half hours to publish an article about it.
So in amongst your busy day of articles about SAA, US and China trade deals and a bunch of other news that's NOT anything to do with Tech or IT you finally found time to actually publish something important.
I used to always come here first to check when something major had occurred before bothering to phone or contact my provider. In the past this information would always be at the fore. But I can say in the past few years I always have to find these answers elsewhere.
This is more like #BrokenNews than #BreakingNews
