Hi

I posted a thread about how i could not access the bridging option on the Cybersmart branded router a while back. I emailed Cybersmart and they told me what to do to bypass the options that they have "blocked".

The reason I'm posting is because i cannot seem to be able to get the router to work in bridge mode.

Let me show you how i tried to do it, and hopefully someone can correct me if i have gone wrong somewhere.

First i go to the bridge configuration page:

Heres a pic just to show what other interface names i have available:

Under bridging i click on "Enable/Disable" which takes me to this page where i click to enable bridging (have no idea what WAN to WAN bridging is but it was already enabled):

I then save config and reboot, then try to connect using WAN miniport connection:

Then i get this error:

Can anyone see anything that i have done wrong? Must i leave my adsl username and password in there respective fields when i try to connect using my WAN miniport connection?

Heres another pic of my PPP config page if it helps:

And heres what options it gives me if you want to add another PPP interface:

I will be eternally grateful if anyone can help me solve this problem :D
