Am I right in assuming the topup contract will not let you spend more than the allocated amount while the normal one will?

If so, I definitely want a topup option...

So it looks like R200 one is probably the best option.
 
Yes as I understand it it is like prepaid money, just on Contract.
 
Does anyone know if any of the other service providers offer specials on contracts without a phone because virgin mobile has awesome data rates.

I have seen this offer before, but never really considered it... but it does seem like a damn good offer! R200 airtime and you only pay R100 a month correct? How the hell does that work?

Does vodacom offer the same deal?

vodacome had R20 Pm for R50, plus you get a phone, which I sold it for R300
