Britbox buffering

It may be a coincidence but since Britbox has been available on dstv platform my britbox app is constantly buffering on a 250/050 fibre line all other apps are 100 percent - This must be dedicated server issues

Some serious feedback would be nice. Buffering starts between 20h00 and 20h30 every night. Annoying, kind of like loadshedding ...
